Our focus as a management team is on delivering high quality person centred care.
Kate Lyons was appointed General Manager in February 2017 and has years of management experience in various settings. In recent years she has worked with a large healthcare provider both as a Registered Manager and latterly in a management support role working around the country.
Jeanette Robinson is our Care Manager and leads on all aspects of care including quality assurance and practice improvement. Jeanette has been with West Lodge for over twenty years, starting work as a Bank Carer and working her way up to management through hard work and studying. Jeanette is passionate and committed to the residents of West Lodge.
We have six Floor Managers providing seven day week cover over three floors and three Shift Managers working nights. This management team oversee Senior Carers and Carers to provide quality care to our residents.
